Blup - Playing With Fire

This is my first go at stop motion clay animation - a short film about a character named Blup
About The Video
The character (Blup) is a simple clay figure with no armature - this presented some interesting limits and challenges (mainly, the arms kept falling off)
It was shot over two evenings using an ordinary digital camera, then stitching the frames together in VirtualDub, before editing.
Audio (turn the volume down if it's too annoying) consists of a selection of stupid noises, emitted from my very own mouth, arranged in Audacity
Note
Before, during or after the video(s) embedded in this page, the player may display advertisements or links to additional videos - these are not affiliated to Atomic Shrimp and the selection is something over which I have no control.
