Floating Wick Oil Lamp

Here's a really quick and simple way to make a floating-wick oil lamp, using materials that can be easily found anywhere
This floating wick oil lamp is made from a heatproof glass, a crown cap bottle cap and a little bit of absorbent kitchen paper.
It will burn for hours on a surprisingly small amount of oil. Here's how to make it:
Oil Lamp Safety
This lamp can be made safer by adding a little water to the oil - when it burns down, the wick will soak up the water and this will extinguish the flame.
However, even with this added precaution, it is a good idea to NEVER LEAVE A NAKED FLAME BURNING UNATTENDED
